Seven months after its public launch, Parque da Cidade – Riverside Living Setubal has entered a new stage: the scheme has passed 100 units sold, completed the requalification of the green park and moved into construction on the first buildings.

The project represents more than 300 million euros of investment and is planned with 676 apartments across 16 buildings, totalling around 92,000 sqm of residential construction area. The urban programme also includes 4,000 sqm for retail and services.

The new green park adds 30,000 sqm to Setubal's green corridor, with more than 500 trees, 10,000 shrubs, pedestrian and cycling routes, leisure areas and spaces for physical activity.

Construction has now started on Riverside II, Riverside III and Riverside IV. Together, the three buildings comprise 158 T1 to T4 apartments, all with parking and storage.

This first residential front represents around 60 million euros of investment and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028. Planned amenities include coworking areas, a wine bar, kids place, lounge & fire pit, zen space and sensory garden.
