Haya Towers was presented at SIL as a new residential landmark for Vila Nova de Gaia. The announced investment totals 150 million euros.
The scheme is planned with two towers of 30 and 31 floors, around 40,000 sq m of construction area and 361 apartments ranging from T0 to T5.
The concept is framed as a vertical neighbourhood, with concierge, indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gyms, coworking, spa, pet spa, laundry, bicycle parking and rooftop and garden clubs.
Construction is expected to start in early 2027 and finish in 2030. Pre-sales are planned for June, with prices indicated between 5,500 and 6,000 euros per sq m.
