MELLO RDC has presented Vila Graça, a new residential development in Lisbon's Graça district. The project comprises 17 apartments in a gated condominium, with T2 and T3 layouts.
According to the information published, completion is planned for 2028 and the investment value is 10 million euros. Prices start at 580,000 euros.
The scheme includes a swimming pool, gym and private outdoor areas. A panoramic rooftop pool with views over Lisbon and the Tagus river is one of the main amenities.
The project combines urban rehabilitation with the enhancement of the existing city fabric, adding a contemporary residential offer while respecting the area's identity.
