ALMA Development has presented the model apartment for Caxias Heights, its first housing project in the Lisbon region. The scheme represents an investment of about 20 million euros.
The private condominium is located in Oeiras and is now in an advanced construction phase. Completion is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
The project includes 24 apartments across four entrances, with T3 and T4 Duplex layouts. Announced areas range from 145 to 180 sqm for T3 units and from 208 to 230 sqm for T4 Duplex units.
The amenities include a heated outdoor pool, gym, multipurpose room, coworking, phone booth, children's area, green spaces and electric vehicle charging points.
