Modjo Riverside is the latest residential move by Libertas in Montijo. The project is presented as a 70 million euro investment with T0 to T3 apartments across five-storey blocks.
The scheme combines leisure and work amenities, including gardens, a pool, coliving and coworking areas, fitness spaces and a cinema room. Underground parking is expected to be prepared for EV charging.
Sales started with prices from 240,000 euros for T1 units and 349,000 euros for T2 units. Construction is planned to begin in June, with first deliveries expected at the end of 2028.
Energy and water efficiency are also part of the proposal, with renewable solutions and water reuse systems mentioned in the project positioning.
