The Primelife residential development in Carvoeiro, Algarve, has begun handing over its first units to owners. The project is developed by Carvoeiro Branco.
The condominium comprises 30 apartments across five buildings, including 25 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom units. Apartments range from 111 to 140 sqm, with prices starting at €550,000.
All units are delivered fully furnished and equipped and feature spacious terraces. Residents also have access to landscaped communal gardens and a swimming pool.
The first apartments were handed over on 1 July. Prime Resorts will be responsible for the rental and hospitality management of the properties.
