Dils has started exclusive sales for Althea, a gated residential development inside Belas Clube de Campo, in the municipality of Sintra. The project sits next to the golf course and is surrounded by green areas, while keeping quick access to Lisbon and Cascais.
The first sales phase covers apartments from T0 to T4. According to the published information, prices start at 320,000 euros, with parking, furniture and equipment included in the announced price.
The concept is positioned for permanent living, second homes and investment use. Every unit includes private outdoor space, while selected apartments add larger gardens or terraces.
The amenity package includes indoor and outdoor pools, two padel courts, a private cinema room and a children's playground. Residents also benefit from resort services such as golf, school facilities, restaurants and convenience options.
Althea is also expected to offer resident services including support for short- and medium-term rental management, as well as interior cleaning of the units.
