Pestana Residences

Pestana Residences is the residential real estate division of Pestana Hotel Group, the largest hospitality company in Portugal. The group was founded in 1972 by Manuel Pestana in Madeira and has since grown into an international hospitality brand operating hotels, golf resorts, tourism projects and residential developments across several countries.

The residential business emerged from the success of the Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort and has evolved into a portfolio of residential and tourism-oriented developments throughout Portugal. Current projects are located in destinations such as Tróia, Porto Covo, the Algarve and the Alentejo coast. Unlike many traditional developers, Pestana combines real estate development with hospitality operations, allowing owners to access rental management, resort services and tourism infrastructure backed by one of Portugal’s best-known hospitality brands.
