According to Idealista, the average asking price for housing in Sesimbra in July 2026 is 3 642 €/m². The figure covers the whole housing market, including resale homes.

Over the past 12 months, the price per square metre has increased by 14,9%; over five years, it has increased by 54,8%. The average annual rate over this period is 9,1%.

Housing in Sesimbra is currently 5,7% higher on average than in the district of Setúbal, where the price is 3 446 €/m².

Compared with the region of Área Metropolitana de Lisboa, the difference is 18,4%: housing here is lower.

If the average rate of the past five years continues, the estimated price per square metre in Sesimbra will be about 3 975 €/m² in one year and 4 338 €/m² in two years. That corresponds to changes of 9,1% and 19,1% from the current level.
