Chave Única, Grupo EPOCA’s property development brand, has presented PÁTIO | Signature Apartments in Paços de Ferreira. The scheme comprises 110 homes: 64 T1, ten T1+1, 33 T2 and three T3 apartments.

Residents’ leisure facilities are concentrated on the roof, with an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and open-air fitness area. Inspired by traditional Portuguese courtyards, the development is located beside the EN207, with access to the A42.

According to ERA’s prices reported on 19 October, T1 apartments start at €173,000, T2 at €260,000 and T3 at €360,000. Completion is expected in 2029.
