VARD Properties has presented Ernesto Urban, a building under construction on Rua de São Pedro in Matosinhos Sul. It comprises six one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, each with a balcony or terrace.

Interior areas range from 49.87 to 88.52 m². The announcement published on 22 October quotes asking prices of €295,000 to €575,000. Outdoor spaces face the River Leça, with views extending towards the Atlantic from the upper floors.

Linhas & Traços designed the scheme. Completion is expected in September 2028.
