Burgau Bay launches sales of 16 homes in the Algarve
The development under construction in Lagos municipality features two-bedroom homes, a shared pool and completion planned for June 2027.
Portugal Sotheby’s International Realty announced its exclusive sales appointment for Burgau Bay on 1 October. Developed by Konstrukaza, the gated scheme comprises 16 two-bedroom homes in Burgau, in the parish of Luz, Lagos municipality.
Private areas range from 138 to 157 m². Each home has a terrace and individual garage, while shared facilities include an outdoor pool and gardens. The announcement quotes prices from €665,000.
Designed by José Nobre, the development has been under construction since March 2025, with completion expected in June 2027.
