Beato Quarter has entered a new stage with the launch of Quarter II, according to the report published on 17 October. JLL is handling sales as the complex in eastern Lisbon undergoes redevelopment.

The report describes two- to four-bedroom apartments and a retail unit in this phase. Some homes have private outdoor space. Planned shared facilities include landscaped courtyards, a gym, a multipurpose room and parking with electric vehicle charging.

Located beside the Convento do Beato, near the Tagus waterfront, the scheme continues the conversion of former industrial premises into homes.
