Stone Capital

Stone Capital is a Lisbon-based real estate developer founded in 2010. Initially focused on the rehabilitation of historic neighbourhoods in Lisbon, the company has since expanded into large-scale residential, hospitality, educational and mixed-use developments across Portugal, including projects in Cascais and Comporta.

According to the company, more than 1,500 apartments have already been delivered, while hundreds of additional residential units are currently under development. Beyond housing, Stone Capital also invests in schools, office buildings and hospitality projects. For buyers, the company combines extensive experience in urban regeneration with the financial capacity to deliver large contemporary developments across multiple sectors.
