According to Idealista, the average asking price for housing in Mafra in July 2026 is 3 025 €/m². The figure covers the whole housing market, including resale homes.

Over the past 12 months, the price per square metre has increased by 7,8%; over five years, it has increased by 60,6%. The average annual rate over this period is 9,9%.

Housing in Mafra is currently 36,7% lower on average than in the district of Lisboa, where the price is 4 781 €/m².

Compared with the region of Área Metropolitana de Lisboa, the difference is 32,2%: housing here is lower.

If the average rate of the past five years continues, the estimated price per square metre in Mafra will be about 3 325 €/m² in one year and 3 656 €/m² in two years. That corresponds to changes of 9,9% and 20,9% from the current level.
